CONCERT OF THE 6TH ANNUAL MOZART IN MORAVIA FESTIVAL 2026

 Dear visitors of the Mozart in Moravia Festival,It is with great regret that we must inform you that we are forced to cancel the Three Tenors in Moravia concert, which was scheduled to take place on 25 July 2026 in the castle courtyard.The reason for this decision is the unexpected withdrawal of the concert's main partner, which has significantly affected both the production and financial conditions of the project. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are unable to prepare the concert to the standard of quality we wish to offer and that you rightfully expect from the Mozart in Moravia Festival.After carefully considering all available options, we have concluded that we cannot guarantee the artistic and production standards that we regard as our commitment to our audience. Rather than compromise the quality on which the Mozart in Moravia Festival has been built over many years, we have made the difficult decision not to proceed with the concert.We sincerely appreciate the trust and support of all our visitors, partners, and friends of the festival. Thanks to you, the Mozart in Moravia Festival has been able to present exceptional artists and create unforgettable cultural experiences in the unique settings of South Moravia for many years.All ticket holders will receive a full refund. Information regarding the refund process will be sent via the smsticket.cz ticketing system and will also be published on the festival's website.If you have already planned your trip to Moravia and would still like to support the festival despite this unexpected programme change, we would be delighted to invite you to a special evening taking place on 26 July 2026 at the Baroque Theatre in Valtice.The concert, Mozart in Love, will offer a unique combination of music and storytelling. The outstanding soprano Michaela Katráková will perform, accompanied by conductor and Director of the North Bohemian Theatre in Ústí nad Labem, Martin Peschík. The evening will be hosted by actress Monika Timková, who will guide you through fascinating and lesser-known chapters from the lives of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and his wife Constanze Mozart.We are truly sorry for this situation and sincerely apologize for the disappointment and any inconvenience it may have caused. We hope, however, that this special evening in the unique atmosphere of the Baroque Theatre in Valtice will provide many of you with a worthy alternative and an opportunity to experience an extraordinary encounter with Mozart's world.The festival will continue in 2027, and we will keep you informed about the upcoming programme in due course.Thank you for your understanding, your continued support, and your loyalty to the Mozart in Moravia Festival.
